RETURN AND EXCHANGE


PRODUCT(S) THAT CAN BE EXCHANGED :
       1. Damage/defect products
           Product(s) with small manufactur defect might be happened too though after the quality control process.              So, it can be exchangeable with another same product.
       2. The wrong item received
           Will be exchange to your appropriate order, or exchange to another product if it out of stock, might also              becomes your deposit or refundable.

PRODUCT(S) THAT CAN'T BE EXCHANGED :
  1. Product (s) in FREESIZE / ALLSIZE
  2. Product(s) from SALE category (except defect)
  3. Accessories
  4. Dislike, doesn't match, etc.

   
TERMS: 
  1. Maximum of 3 (three) working days after received
  2. Product(s) in its original condition, material does not deformed, odorless, etc.
  3. Unused (haven't worn) and unwashed (haven't been soaked)
  4. Price tag and label in undamaged and attached condition
  5. Product that deliberately destroyed will return to customers
HOW TO RETURN:
1. Send us an email to alohafashion740@gmail.com with subject "Return" and identify:
  - Name
  - Order ID
  - Received date
  - Product(s) to be exchanged
  - Reason
  - Attach supportive pictures (for defect products)
Or contact our CS at +62899 888 0024 / line at @GZK7565L and state the details above. All messages will be replied in working hours.
2. Wait for reply confirmation from our CS.
3. Send the product(s) in maximal of 3 (three) days after your email replied date. Shipping details will be sent along in the replied email.
4. Substitute product(s) wil only be processed after we received the product and it took a maximal of 5 (five) days to process after the products arrived.
