SHIPPING METHOD

We us JNE (www.jne.co.id) courier service to send your goods.

Please allow up to 1 - 5 working days for shipping depending on the detination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).

When placing your ALOHAFASHION order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment conformation received on weekends and holiday will be checked on the next business day.

Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of yout merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them in the next day.

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have reveived invoiced full amount transfer. PLEASE NOTE: we're unable to ship if problems occured regarding the payment.

You will be sent by chat or an email confirmation once you order has been dispatched with tracking information.

JAKARTA AREA estimated delivery times 1-3 working days after shipment

OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA estimated delivery times 2-5 working days after shipment.

SHIPPING FEE

• Please refer to http://www.jne.co.id for domestic rates.
• Customer will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. It the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. 

SHIPPING RULES

• We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the address.
• We do not take responsibility if JNE can not deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.
• Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).
